Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 "CAA" contains the provisions for the Support Foster Youth and Families through the Pandemic Act and provides significant assistance to young people with experience in foster care during the pandemic.

I know that sometimes it is hard to be hopeful in this challenging time.
